Parent Company
In 1982, ICI was acquired by APi Group, Inc. of New Brighton, Minnesota. APi Group is a family of more than 36 independent companies within the Life Safety, and Industrial and Specialty Construction industries. Life Safety includes fire protection and low voltage alarm systems. Industrial and Specialty Construction includes steel fabrication, thermal insulation, distribution, electrical, and mechanical construction.
